1. Cancellation of Services
You can request to cancel your registration or subscription for quizzes, tests, or other paid services provided on our platform. Please note the following guidelines:
- For Quizzes: Once a quiz has been accessed or started, it is non-refundable.
- For Subscriptions or Courses: Cancellations can be made within 2 hours of purchase, provided that no quizzes or services included in the subscription have been accessed or used.

2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under certain circumstances. Please review the conditions for refunds below:
- Quizzes and One-Time Purchases: Refunds are not available for individual quizzes or one-time purchases once accessed or completed. If you experience technical issues or have concerns, please contact our support team.
- Subscription Services: If you cancel a subscription within 2 hours of purchase and have not accessed any content or quizzes, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 2 hours, or if the content has been accessed, no refunds will be provided.
- Courses and Learning Programs: If a course or learning program is canceled before you begin accessing the material, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests after accessing the course content will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Refund
